PROTECT YOURSELF FROM ATTACKERS AND DO NOT GO TO PRISON – INTENSIVE SELF-DEFENSE COURSE FROM “ARTAN CENTER”

The criminal legislation of most countries necessarily provides for the right of citizens to self-defense, the right to protect themselves, their families, their property from criminal encroachment. Citizens of Ukraine also have this right, but using it in our country is a troublesome and sometimes dangerous business. We will teach in our classes not only to protect your life, but also to defend your rights. Having extensive practical experience, we will pass on the proven effective algorithms to you.

A short list of questions from our seminar:
– What is permissible self-defense, how not to exceed its limits?
– How to prove that you were in mortal danger, can an attempted rape be attributed to mortal danger?
– If a person attacks you with a knife, and you use a gun to protect yourself, is this acceptable self-defense or not? In fact, you are initially in a more “winning” position.
– In what case does the court make allowance for the state of passion in relation to the defending person?
– It often happens that the first person to come to the police is not the victim, but the attacker, who was rebuffed, why in this situation is it so important to get ahead of him?
– Let’s say, defending yourself, you killed or injured the attacker. Who to call first?
And the main question that you will be able to answer after the training: – How to protect yourself from an attacker and not go to jail?
