Dear colleagues, shooting friends, fans of fitness and “trauma”, we invite you to win valuable prizes and get an adrenaline rush by participating in the Functionality & Shooting trauma pistol shooting tournament, which will take place on November 21, 2020. The organizer of the event is the “PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PERSONAL GUARDS” NGO, the official partner is “SARA ARMS” LLC<\/em><\/p>\n

The competition will take place in the format of an individual marathon and will be held at the base of the “Expert” sports shooting club, at the address of the village of Kapitanivka, str. Lisova 1.<\/p>\n

Type of weapon: a special tool for shooting rubber bullets. Class: civilian. The ammunition of the tournament is the traumatic cartridge “SARA” (\u0421\u0410\u0420\u0410) 9 mm from our partner “SARA ARMS” LLC. Number of exercises – 8 physical, 4 shooting. Number of shots – 55. Number of participants – up to 60. Categories – general, juniors under 19, women, men 40+.<\/p>\n

The condition for opening a category is at least 5 representatives of the category. The condition for team registration is the presence of 3 participants, for the opening of the team competition – the presence of 5 teams.
\nRegistration for the event is available at the following link: https:\/\/forms.gle\/Qjnk5MR5LomWjcGx5 Entrance fee: for members of the NGO “PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PERSONAL GUARDS” – UAH 500, for members of the ATO\/OOS (on condition of presentation of an ID) – 450 hryvnias, for others – 650 hryvnias, arbitration – 700 hryvnias. The entry fee is non-refundable. Juniors and judges participate in the tournament for free. The cost of participation does not include the cost of ammunition. Rental of weapons (including cartridges) as needed – UAH 350.

\n17.00 closing of the tournament.
\nExercise 1:
\na) 15 hours\/10 days. push-ups;
\nb) 15 hours\/10 days. folds on the press;
\nc) target shooting.
\nExercise 2:
\na) 15 hours\/10 days. squats with a barbell\/”sandbag”;
\nb) 15 hours\/10 days. 24\/16kg kettlebell swings;
\nc) target shooting.
\nExercise 3:
\na) 15 hours\/10 days. bench press while lying down;
\nb) 60 seconds plank;
\nc) target shooting.
\nExercise 4:
\n– shooting at targets in between exercises “farmer’s walk” 32\/16 kg weights.<\/p>\n
