Specialized Training Center “Artan Center” invites you to the training “Legal foundations of the profession of a security guard. Legal training”, which will be held this Saturday.
Legislation is a complicated thing. We live without a gun law, although there are guns themselves. The situation is even more confused by the “original” understanding of it by many powerful and ordinary performers. If you are not a lawyer, sometimes it is impossible to understand the combinations of regulatory acts, and the price of a mistake is quite high.
The seminar is conducted by Yurii Minkin, a professional lawyer specializing in the legislation of necessary defense and weapons circulation in Ukraine, a consultant of the “Ukrainian Association of Weapon Owners”. Engages in practical shooting and advises shooters on current rules for handling weapons and resolving conflict situations with law enforcement agencies. In 2011, he developed the course “Weapons circulation in Ukraine. Defense is needed.” In 2018, he developed the course “Legal foundations of security activities in Ukraine”.
Cooperates with the Krav Maga Federation of Ukraine, is the author of seminars on training civilians and subjects of security activities in the legal principles of necessary defense, handling weapons and conducting security activities. Participant of the “Ohoronets-2018” and “Ohoronets – 2019” conferences.
Conducted more than 80 seminars for various audiences, constantly monitors changes in current legislation and updates the material taught. Conducts consultation work with seminar participants.
